Responsibilities:
Telephone inquiry/communication with customers
In charge of documentation work
Booking handling and space control
Assist to make statistics and prepare for meeting presentation
Coordinate with internal relevant departments
Requirements:
Graduated form Junior College or above. No experience is also invited.
Strong ability to work independently in a new environment
Good command of English, fluent oral preferable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Chariness and strong responsibility
