职位概述

1. Seek suitable project resources, participate in project negotiations, and establish and maintain cooperative relationships with partners; 寻找合适的项目资源，参与项目谈判，建立和维护与合作伙伴的合作关系；
2. Conduct preliminary market research on proposed investment projects, research and analyze the industry, and collect information timely and accurately;对拟投项目进行前期市场调研，对行业进行研究分析，及时准确的收集信息；
3. Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, valuation, and return analysis of proposed investment projects, and write related reports; 对拟投项目进行可行性研究、尽职调查、估值及回报分析，撰写相关报告；
4. Design post-investment management and exit strategies, and manage post-investment projects; 设计投后管理及退出方案，对已投资项目进行投后管理；
5. Timely reveal risks existing in project operations and propose corresponding solutions; 及时揭示项目运营中存在的风险并提出相应的解决方案；
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.完成公司安排的其他工作。具有CPA资格，律师资格以及CFA二级以上者优先考虑。
其他要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in engineering, science, and management preferred; 本科及以上学历，理工科及经管类复合背景优先；
2. More than 3 years of experience in equity investment, with experience in information technology and biomedicine fields preferred;3年以上股权投资工作经验，有信息科技及生物医药领域投资经验者优先；
3. Familiar with the entire operation process of equity investment; 熟悉股权投资整个运作流程；
4. Strong practical operational ability; 具有较强的实际操作能力；
5. Strong research and analysis skills as well as good written expression skills;具有较强的研究分析能力以及良好的文字表达能力；
6. A strong sense of career ambition and desire for success, with good execution ability and teamwork spirit; 具有强烈的事业心和追求成功的欲望，有良好的执行力及团队合作精神；
7. CPA qualification, lawyer qualification, and CFA Level II or above are preferred.
