职位概述

主要岗位职责：
1.Research and analyze customer requirements, evaluate alternative solutions in technical feasibility, cost, Lean design and then propose the proper structure solutions to customers研究和分析客户需求，从技术可行性、成本、精益设计等方面评估不同的方案，并提供最佳的结构方案给客户
2.Independently research, design mechanical parts and systems so that customer requirements can be meet, applying developed and advanced knowledge of engineering principles. 独立对产品的机械部件和系统进行研究设计，应用先进的工程技术方法，从而满足客户要求
3.Leading for some specific projects and researches in mechanical aspects, such as bearing system, lubrication system, ventilation, and vibration and so on.领导一些关键的机械攻关项目，如轴承系统、润滑系统、通风系统、振动等

其他要求

  • 任职要求：
    1.Master degree is needed, Mechanical engineering More than 8 years of engineering experience including at least product design for 5 years or more.
    硕士研究生学历，机械工程专业8年以上工作经验，包括至少5年以上的产品设计经验；
    2.Mechanical calculation experience is required (Analytical and numerical). Rotating machinery design experience is needed.需具备机械计算分析能力（解析和数值法），具备旋转机械设计经验。
    3.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.流利的英语交​流能力
    4.R&D or engineering team management experience is preferred
    研发团队管理经验优先
    5.Team spirit concept, active and good in communication.
    良好的团队精神，积极向上，善于沟通
