1. Mainly assist the Executive Vice President of ABIGAIER UNIVERSAL PTE LTD (UEN: 202505651K) in the equity restructuring, IPO planning, and coordination work with tax companies for the "City of Light" Cosmic Energy Center. Communicate and negotiate reasonably with the main responsible persons of the group's subsidiary companies at appropriate times. 主要协助ABIGAIER UNIVERSAL PTE LTD(UEN:202505651K)《光明之城》宇宙能源中心常务副总做好股权重组，上市计划与财税公司的协调工作，与集团旗下下属企业主要负责人适当时机进行必要沟通和合理协商
2. Assist the Chief Financial Officer of ABIGAIER UNIVERSAL PTE LTD (UEN: 202505651K) in conducting financial audits and legal compliance audits to support the IPO plan in Singapore, requiring long-term communication with the Singapore Morgan team. 协助ABIGAIER UNIVERSAL PTE LTD(UEN:202505651K)《光明之城》宇宙能源中心财务总监配合新加坡上市计划进行财务审计及法务合法合规审计，需长期与新加坡摩根团队沟通
3. Able to adapt to a high-intensity work environment and participate in the group's asset acquisition business and future IPO plans in Singapore.能适应高强度工作状态，能参与集团资产并购业务，及未来新加坡上市计划
