1. Coordinate all merger and acquisition talents needed by the holding group, having a solid resource advantage in higher education institutions, and can directly recruit specialized talents from these institutions.统筹控股集团所有并购业务所需要的人才，对高等院校有较好的资源优势，能直接面向高等院校猎聘专业人才。
2. Possess a deep understanding of human resources in the social sphere, and have a thorough grasp of excellent professionals currently employed, capable of providing a complete technical and business team tailored to business needs. 对社会面的人力资源有较深涉猎，且对在职的优秀专业人才能了如指掌，能对口业务需求配备完整的技术团队及业务团队。
3. Human resources personnel with experience working in publicly listed companies will be given priority. 有上市公司工作经验的人力资源方面人员，优先考虑。
