1. Relevant majors such as Big Data, Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, Mathematics, etc., Bachelor's degree or above; 大数据、计算机、通信、电子、数学等相关专业，大学本科及以上;
2. Familiar with one of Oracle, Sqlserver, Informix, MySQL, possessing strong SQL skills, familiarity with various components of the Hadoop system, especially Hive skills is preferred; 熟悉oracle、Sqlserver、Informix、MySQL中的一种，具有良好的SQL语言能力，熟悉Hadoop体系各组件，特别是hive技能优先;
3. Good self-management skills and communication skills, quick learning ability, proactive work attitude; 具有良好的自我管理能力和沟通能力及快速学习能力，工作积极主动;
4. Strong team spirit, a dedicated research spirit towards technology, able to endure hardship, and good pressure resistance; 有较强的团队协作精神，对技术具有执著的钻研精神，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的抗压能力;
